Work With Me

Traveling to France is about seeing new places, but it’s also about how those places make you feel. My role is to help you create journeys that go beyond the surface, so every moment feels intentional, supported, and utterly unforgettable.

I work with mindful travelers who want more than a checklist of landmarks.

My clients are often busy professionals who don’t have the time or energy to plan, families (including those with neurodivergent children) who need thoughtful accommodations, and soul-seekers who want to experience France through culture, connection, and story.

If you’ve ever dreamed of wandering cobblestone lanes, savoring quiet mornings in a Provençal village, cooking with locals, or simply traveling with more presence and less pressure, I’m here to help you design a journey that feels like it’s made just for you… because it is.

This may sound bold, but… I know you.

You’re not a first-time traveler. You’ve seen the world, and now you want something more. To feel the world, not just move through it by snapping Instagram shots at tourist spots.

Maybe you want to:

  • Write that long-shelved book near the lavender fields of Provence.
  • Ride a bike around a sun-drenched castle, with nothing but time.
  • Immerse yourself in French culture, and live like a local for a week.
  • Take a cooking class that turns into a lifelong memory and savory skill.
  • Do something radically different, just because your soul wants to.

You’re not chasing checklists anymore. You’re following a feeling, a spark, a whisper that says, “This is what life is for!” But the truth is, you don’t have the time or energy to plan a whole vacation from scratch. Your life is filled with work, family, and responsibilities, and while you dream of a meaningful French getaway, the sheer task of organizing it feels overwhelming. The internet is full of too many options and too much noise, and none of it is tailored to you.

You want expert guidance.

Someone who genuinely cares, who listens deeply, and who goes all out to design a trip that feels intentional, supported, and truly aligned with who you are and what you need right now. Maybe you’re traveling with a neurodivergent child and want someone who understands your unique challenges. Someone who knows what questions to ask, what to anticipate, and how to build a trip that works for your whole family. Maybe you’re just endlessly busy and need someone to take the mental load off your plate so you can simply show up and enjoy.

Whatever brings you here, you’re in the right place because…

What I provide isn’t simply travel planning; it’s soulful, supported journey design from someone who gets it and is fully invested in getting it right for you.

You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you experience the kind of travel that doesn’t just take you somewhere new, but brings you back to yourself.

Hi, I’m Sofia Ibrahim! I’m a Travel Planner, Immersive Travel Specialist, and Certified Autism Travel Professional. I’ve always believed travel is more than a getaway; it’s a doorway. A way to heal, to grow, to connect, and to rediscover who we really are.

For me, that doorway to discovery opens in France.

From sunlit vineyards and lavender fields to medieval villages, seaside towns, and world-class art, France is a place where culture, history, and beauty invite you to slow down and savor life. It’s the country that shaped my own love of immersive, intentional travel, and now, it’s where I help others experience journeys that are as meaningful as they are memorable.

I provide more than just itineraries. I give you:

  • Peace of Mind: No more late nights Googling travel tips or second-guessing your decisions. I take the mental load off so you can focus on what matters… enjoying the journey.
  • A Trip That Feels Like You: I don’t plan generic vacations. I create travel experiences that reflect your personality, pace, and priorities, whether that’s slow mornings in a French village, hands-on cooking classes, or meaningful moments with your family.
  • Expertise with Heart: With my background as a flight attendant, experience traveling solo with two autistic children, and deep love for France, I offer so much more than knowledge. I offer care, intuition, and hands-on guidance tailored to your needs.
  • Support for Neurodiverse Families: I deeply understand the unique needs of traveling with an autistic child, including mealtimes, meltdowns, transitions, and sensory considerations, and I plan with compassion and preparation so your family can feel safe and supported every step of the way.
  • Saved Time and Zero Stress: I understand your life is busy, so I do the research, make the bookings, and manage all the moving pieces. This means that you get to skip the overwhelm and step straight into a fully prepared, deeply personal travel experience.
  • Travel That Transforms: This is about so much more than a destination. It’s about how you want to feel while you’re away and what you want to carry with you when you return. I help you design travel that leaves you inspired, rested, connected, and renewed.
  • On-the-Ground Confidence: With my guidance, you’ll feel prepared before you even board the plane, from navigating transportation to cultural tips to having backup plans for unexpected moments. You’ll travel with calm confidence.
  • A Trusted Partner Who Gets It: I’m not a faceless booking engine or a template-based agency. I’m a real person who’s been in your shoes, and I’m all in for you, every step of the way.
You don’t have to prove you can do it alone because you’ve done that already. Now it’s time to receive support and experience travel the way it’s meant to feel: freeing, easeful, and unforgettable.

France is waiting to be more than a destination.

It’s ready to become a story you live inside, one that stays with you long after you return home because it’s changed you into more of yourself.

Wondering if we’re the right fit?

My best-fit clients are usually one of the following:

  • Busy individuals and families who don’t have the time or energy to plan every detail but want a thoughtfully crafted, stress-free vacation that fits their lifestyle.
  • Parents traveling with children who have special needs, like autism, and need sensitive, flexible, and accessible travel plans that honor their family’s unique requirements.
  • Travelers with practical challenges, such as a lack of confidence in driving, swimming, or participating in certain activities, and those who want adventures tailored to their comfort zones and strengths.
  • Dreamers and soul seekers who want their travels to be more than just sightseeing and are looking for cultural immersion, personal growth, healing, or transformation through travel.
  • People at life crossroads, whether due to career changes, family shifts, or personal growth, who want a flexible travel experience that allows space to reflect, recharge, and explore new directions.

My services aren’t the best fit if you love planning every detail yourself, are only after bargain deals, or prefer cookie-cutter trips that leave little room for customization or connection. I don’t design rigid, overpacked itineraries or whirlwind checklists; I create soulful, intentional journeys that honor rest, presence, and meaning.

If you’re seeking a deeper, more transformative experience in France, we’ll be a perfect match! However, if travel is purely about rushing through attractions for you, my approach may not align.
